Our journey at Bill's Marine Trading traces its roots back to the late 1980s when Bill Flint, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, recognized his exceptional talent for sourcing marine parts and stern drives, particularly specializing in Mercury engines. In 1991, Bill's vision took tangible form as he opened Bill's Marine Trading at its current location.

 

As the years passed, the business flourished, and Bill's Marine Trading expanded its horizons. Bill's son, Bill Jr., joined forces with his father, ushering in a new era of growth and diversification. The company evolved into a comprehensive hub for marine enthusiasts, boasting a vast inventory of both new and used parts, as well as offering expert engine and stern-drive rebuild services. We even established a full-service boat center, extending our reach to clients worldwide.

 

With retirement on the horizon for Bill, a new chapter emerged. In his place, we welcomed a seasoned business entrepreneur, Alex Larscheid, who brought 15 years of invaluable maritime industry experience to the helm. Alex's background encompassed metal fabrication, business management, and sales – a perfect blend to navigate our thriving marine enterprise into the future.
